Skill and flair is not required, but the heart of a competitors is.  Each team consists of six mallet welding members, and teams are encouraged to show their spirit.  Come dressed as Alice in Wonderland or sporting team shirts.

Jimmy Mac's Pulled Pork is straight from the smoker, slow cooked and mixed with their awesome top-secret sauce and comes with coleslaw, baked beans and potato salad.
